Job Description
The Country Director is responsible for the strategic leadership and oversight of SolidarMed operations in Mozambique; including programme direction and quality, country strategy development, innovation, and impact; as well as human resource management and talent development, financial stewardship, resource acquisition, and administrative operations. The successful candidate will have a proven track record and have a solid understanding of public health and humanitarian/emergency response trends and needs for increased locally led development in the next few years.
